If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we will gladly refund your money or send you a replacement. Please contact us at 203-259-0801. Please let us know what the problem is and the best
way for us to contact you.
The Navy Museum Store will accept returns of merchandise up to 30 days
after purchase. All returns require the original packing materials and
are subject to the approval of the Navy Museum Store. Please note that
DVDs or Video that have been opened will not be considered for return.
